Why we need you

OmiseGO is growing! And to help our growth, we are looking for an all-rounder HR professional with a passion to create and maintain a unique working environment. As a People Operations Lead, you will be responsible for 3 main job-pillars; Recruitment, HR Management & HR Development.

What you will be doing

Recruitment

  • Work with Management to collect & consolidate job requirements
  • Manage, update and improve JD, pipeline and process from time to time
  • Actively source, screen & interview applicants
  • Negotiate salary, plan budgets and track spendings
  • Help push hiring process if needed

HR Operations

  • Draft agreements and maintain our HRIS system
  • Onboarding, Probation Evaluation and Offboarding process
  • Operate BOI single window and take full responsibilities of Visa & WP applications and follow up cases
  • Compensation & Benefits management. (Insurance, reimbursement etc)
  • Work closely with Finance team, execute monthly Payroll, tax and SSO
  • Work as admin on Company HR applications (BBHR, Breezy)
  • Generate regular reports as required by management

HR Development

  • Assist on organizational training & development
  • Help organize events in partnership with the Internal Communications team
  • Create & maintain a unique working culture
  • Assist on Company review and help followup results
  • Assist on Company activities and Internal Event
  • Act as employee help center, be the ears and eyes of the company
  • Assist on HR Marketing activities

You

  • Have a proven track record in handling the full HR cycle
  • Are a great communicator & work with different types of stakeholders
  • Quickly learn new software and tools.
  • Are reliable, aim high & can work under pressure
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and don’t get overwhelmed by wearing multiple hats
  • Experience at a fast growth tech company
  • BOI knowledge with experience in the Visa application process would be a big plus.
